Kat Flanigan, President
Kat Flanigan is the Ministry Founder & Steward of Christian Charity, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing timely financial support to carefully vetted and underfunded small to mid-sized U.S. Christian charities.
For more than 15 years, Kat founded and led a highly respected concierge healthcare company recognized as a leader in its field, serving clients throughout the United States and internationally with integrity, compassion, excellence, and responsible leadership. Her commitment to ethical leadership, accountability, and service has guided every organization she has established. She also became the 100th proud member of the South Florida American Red Cross Tiffany Circle, a distinguished philanthropic society that has raised over $280M to advance the humanitarian mission of the American Red Cross; The most successful individual annual fundraising initiative in Red Cross history.
At the age of sixteen, Kat experienced a profound, life-changing encounter with the power of the Holy Spirit that unfolded over a period of three months. That sacred season transformed the course of her life, deepened her relationship with Jesus Christ, and awakened a lifelong calling to serve His Kingdom. It remains the wellspring from which her faith, hope, and charity continue to flow.
Christian Charity is the fulfillment of that calling. Through this ministry, Kat is devoted to strengthening carefully vetted Christian charities by helping meet their immediate financial needs, allowing them to remain focused on serving others, sharing the Gospel, and advancing God’s Kingdom.
Guided by her faith in Jesus Christ, Kat is committed to leading Christian Charity with humility, integrity, transparency, and a servant’s heart, praying that every gift entrusted to the ministry will glorify God, strengthen faithful Christian charities, and bring hope to lives around the world.
“And now these three remain: faith, hope and charity But the greatest of these is charity.” — 1 Corinthians 13:13

Michael Flanigan, Vice President
Michael Flanigan has spent more than three decades leading with integrity, vision, and a steadfast commitment to service. As Chief Executive Officer of one of California’s leading beverage distribution companies, he built a reputation for cultivating strong relationships, with the axiom “Making Friends Is Our Business,” and disciplined operational excellence, not just for growth, but to honor the employees, customers, and communities who trusted in the organization. When he retired, it was not an end, but a shift toward what matters most: marriage, family and giving back.
His journey is rooted in a family legacy of an American business, where integrity and hard work were the real inheritance. Those early lessons in responsible stewardship shaped his belief that leadership is about encouraging and trusting others along with investing in the next generation. Today, as the Chief Financial Officer of the Families Foundation, he channels that same commitment into values-driven philanthropy. He believes meaningful impact is measured by lasting change, not recognition. Raised in a family with a longstanding American business legacy, he developed an early appreciation for integrity, hard work, responsible stewardship, and servant leadership. Those values have shaped every stage of his professional and philanthropic journey and continue to guide his approach today.
“My work now centers on supporting under-resourced Jesus-centered ministries and nonprofits, helping them grow and prosper. Guided by faith, grace, and the simplicity that God has brought into my life, I remain dedicated to quiet generosity and principled leadership. I’ve learned that love is demonstrated through action, and I intend to keep using every opportunity to make a positive, tangible difference in the lives of others.”
